Co-Founder & CEO
Arup possesses an in-depth understanding of designs and automation methodologies.
His expertise lies in ASIC Implementations, Design Sign-offs, Foundation IP, EDA/CAD Methodology, and automation.
With M.S. from BITS Pilani and years of experience with Infineon, TI, Magma Design, and Intel, Arup cracked the code for continuous innovation and customer success. Also, he holds 2 US patents.

Vice President Embedded
Muthukumar is business leader with overall 25+ years of experience in Building/Developing and Managing Embedded Product development and 4 Service Domain verticals.
Embedded Platform Software
Hardware Design and Development
Pre-Post Silicon Validation and Mechanical Engineering.
Worked with global stakeholders and developed / Ramped teams for different on site opportunity. i.e Europe, USA and China.
Developed 15+ Embedded products from concept to product for semiconductors , Consumer Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Automotive, Medical and Defense.
Experienced in every stage of embedded product life cycle starting from Concept/market/user research, Architecture, Product Feasibility, design, development, manufacturing, Go To Market strategy/execution, Design services in embedded Systems.

Shreekanth Sampigethaya
Co-Founder & President
Shreekanth is a business leader with enormous hands-on experience in the field of Foundation IP Designs, Embedded Systems, SoC/ASIC Design, and Implementations.
He holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
He has offered his expertise at various globally renowned organizations like AMD India, Interra Systems, TSMC USA, Virage Logic USA, and many others. He proudly holds 6 US patents.
Neelakantha Karinje
CFO
Neel is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of work experience as CFO at multiple start-ups and Director of Finance at Fortune 100 companies.
In his long career, he has successfully built organizations, raised capital from Venture Funds, and given exits to stakeholders through M&A.
He is very savvy with business finance and in the turnaround and growth of a business.
Lingam NC
Vice President - DFT
Lingam is an ingenious erudite in DFT methodologies, He is also the Co-founder of SiconTech, India.
He possesses hands-on experience of working with renowned names like Altran India, Mindtree/TES-PV, India, Accel Technologies.
His areas of expertise include DFT architecture for Complex Designs, SCAN, MBIST & ATPG, IP & SOC Level DFX/DFT.
Suresh Pitchaimuthu
Vice President - FE & RTL
Suresh proudly possesses enormous experience in provinces of design & verifications.
He holds a Masters degree in Engineering from NIT Bhopal.
While his work experiences include Altran, Eximius Designs, Tata Elxsi Ltd, Central Electronics Ltd; his expertise lies in ASIC/FPGA design & Verification, IP, SOC, GLS, DFX Verifications.

He has worked with Semicon Design and product innovation giants like Alten Calsoft Labs, SmartPlay Technologies, and nSys (Synopsys).
